DCX Systems Appoints Diwakaraiah N J as Chief Financial Officer

DCX Systems Ltd, a leading manufacturer of cables and wire harness assemblies, has announced the appointment of Diwakaraiah N J as its Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective from April 11, 2024.

The decision was ratified by the company’s Board, following recommendations from both the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee, as per a regulatory filing by DCX Systems.

With over 35 years of extensive experience in various aspects of finance and management, Diwakaraiah N J brings a wealth of expertise to his new role. His educational background includes an LL.B from Karnataka State Law University, a CMA from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, and a B.Com from Bangalore University.

Throughout his career, Diwakaraiah N J has demonstrated proficiency in strategy formulation, financial planning, cost management, budgetary control, and commercial operations, including legal aspects. He has successfully implemented ERP systems across diverse product lines and established nationwide networks.

Prior to joining DCX Systems, Diwakaraiah N J held key leadership positions, including Managing Director at Vaatsalya Healthcare Solutions Private Ltd, Financial Controller at Gokaldas Exports Ltd, and Vice President of Finance at Arvind Retail Ltd. He is credited with orchestrating a turnaround at Vaatsalya Healthcare Solutions, driving profitable growth at Gokaldas Exports, and providing strategic guidance at Arvind Retail.

With his wealth of experience and proven track record, Diwakaraiah N J is poised to contribute significantly to DCX Systems’ financial strategies and overall business objectives.
