The lawyers have decided to observe a ‘No Work Day’ from July 22 until their concerns regarding the Act are addressed and resolved.
The indefinite strike by Chandigarh’s District Bar Association highlights significant concerns regarding the Union Territory Tenancy Act. As the strike progresses, it will be crucial for the government and legal professionals to engage in meaningful discussions to address the issues raised and find a resolution that balances the interests of tenants, landlords, and the legal community.
